Until now a Shruwd account was one person. A workspace now has members, everyone in it sees every brand, and their role decides what they can change.
Roles
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| viewer | See everything, including the team list |
| editor | Edit prompts and competitors, work findings, rename a brand, run a cycle |
| admin | Invite and remove people, change roles, manage connections and ingest tokens |
| owner | Create or archive a brand, and billing |
Each role can do everything the roles before it can. An API key never exceeds the role of the person who created it, and the weekly digest still goes to the owner.
Inviting someone
Open a brand, go to Team, enter an email address and choose a role. The person gets a join link that works once and expires in seven days. Membership comes from opening that link while signed in, so a forwarded link admits whoever opens it; send it to the right person.
Members are capped per plan: 2 on Crawl, 5 on Starter and 15 on Pro, the owner and open invites included. A downgrade removes nobody. See team and roles.
