Use Shruwd in ChatGPT

Connect Shruwd to ChatGPT in developer mode, sign in, and ask ChatGPT about your brand in AI answers: visibility, findings, crawlers.

ChatGPT connects to Shruwd in developer mode. It is on the web, for Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise and Education accounts.

Add Shruwd

  1. In ChatGPT, open Settings → Security and login and turn on Developer mode.
  2. Go to ChatGPT Plugins, select the plus button, and create an app:
    • Name: Shruwd
    • MCP server URL: https://shruwd.io/mcp
    • Authentication: OAuth
  3. Sign in to Shruwd, choose the workspace and the access, and click Allow.

Ask

In a conversation, choose Developer mode from the + menu and select Shruwd. Name the app in your request, so ChatGPT uses it rather than searching the web:

  • "Use the Shruwd app to show my AI visibility for acme.com."
  • "Use the Shruwd app to list the findings I should fix first."

ChatGPT asks you to confirm before any tool that changes something.

Disconnect

In Shruwd, go to Account → API keys. Under Connected apps, remove ChatGPT. It is signed out at once.
