Every prompt is asked on every engine your plan covers, several times, spread over a day. Each answer is parsed for who was named, how prominently, and which pages were cited. AI answers vary between runs. Three repetitions per prompt are the minimum that lets us put a confidence interval on a mention rate instead of reporting a single lucky or unlucky answer as fact. After you mark a fix applied we capture a baseline, wait fourteen days for the engines to re-crawl, then measure the affected prompts at nine repetitions. The metric only counts as moved when the change is statistically significant after correction and at least five points. If a provider changed models in between, we say so instead of claiming credit. Your prompts are one pool for the whole workspace. On Pro, 100 prompts cover up to three brands, split however you like. Then the new limits apply; anything over them is flagged so you can trim it first. History is never deleted, and nobody is removed from your team.
